Q: Which locations am I able to use the gift card at?
A: Your gift card is redeemable at all Crabby Joe’s® Tap & Grill, Coffee Culture® Café & Eatery and Union Burger® locations across Canada.
Q: Can I use my gift card at locations in the USA.
A: Not at this time. Currently gift cards ordered online are valid for use at Canadian locations only. To purchase a US Gift Card, please visit one of our US locations.
Q: How do I use my gift card?
Each time you use the Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining on the Card. It will be returned to you with a receipt showing your new balance, ready for your next visit.
Q: Does my gift card expire?
A: No. Cards never expire.
Q: Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?
A: No. There are no fees or charges associated with your gift card.
Q: Can I purchase large quantities of gift cards for my company or group?

Q: How long does it take to receive my gift card ordered online?
A: The length of time it will take for you or your intended recipient to receive gift cards will depend on two factors – type of card ordered and shipping method chosen. If you ordered an e-Gift Card, the recipient should receive the e-mail with the e-Gift Card within minutes. If you ordered a traditional Gift Card we take up to 5 business days to process pack and ship the order plus the time it takes to ship, which is dependent on the shipping method you choose. “Regular” will take 4-10 business days and “expedited” will take 1-3 days.
Q: Why can’t I order e-Gift Cards at the same time as regular Gift Cards?
A: Unfortunately the two processes are completely separate since the traditional Gift Cards are fulfilled via regular mail and the fulfillment of the e-Gift Cards occurs instantaneously via e-mail. The two checkout processes do not mesh with each other.
Q: What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?
A: Unfortunately if your gift card is lost or stolen, there is nothing that can be done. Gift Cards should be treated like cash.
